This release contains the following changes:
What We Have Completed
1.Reports: Configuration / Shift Rotation List report new fields / columns. Added Process Day Code lunch, Overtime as AC, and Min time Between Shifts OT fields to the report output. See Shift Rotation List Report.
2.Self Scheduling Booked column added to included booked shifts on the Shift Coverage menu when auditing employee bids so bid history is still available even after the shift is booked. See Self Scheduling / Shift Coverage.
3.Reports: Admin / Login Audit report now displays [Mobile Old] when employees log into old mobile application. New mobile will display [Mobile]. See Logon Audit Report.
4.Reports: HR / Employee Detail report now includes a column for Push Notifications for the new mobile app. This field will generate a Yes/True value if the employee is found in the Push Notifications table and a No/False value if not. See Employee Detail Report.
5.Reports: Admin / Security User report now includes a column for Push Notifications. If the User has a record in the Push Notifications table, the column should say Yes/True. If the User is not found in the Push Notifications table, the column should say No/False. See Security User Report.
6.Personnel: Notifications / Regular new read-only field added called Push Notifications. If employee is found in the Push Notifications table, the field should say Enabled. If the employee is not found, the field should say Disabled. See Notifications.
7.Reports: Admin / Audit now includes the schedule RecID from the Schedule Dynamic table when an Update from Master Schedule is run. See Audit Report.
8.Reports: HR / Holiday List now includes the Qualifying Criteria - Based on Majority of Worked Hours on the PDF version. Previously added to CSV version. See Holiday List Report.
9.Config / Setup / System Rules / Schedule / Sorting Levels has new warning reminding user to populate the employee Class List (home class) field when using Continuous Rotation for the call-in list order.The warning will not stop the user from saving changes to a level but serves only as a warning of recommended best practice for correct rotation of call-in list. 10.Reports: Schedule / Schedule Analysis report now includes a field called Include Inactive Employees for accurate historical comparisons. See Schedule Analysis Report.
