The StaffScheduleCare mobile application license may be added to the facility's registration by contacting our Sales team.
Once the license is in place employees may upload the app free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The SSC mobile app can be used on iPhone or iPad with a minimum OS of version 9.0.
The Android phones or tablets need to on 4.0 or greater.

Each module within the Mobile App has a toolbar along the top with function options. This a list of the toolbar icons presented within the app.
Back Arrows Tap on the green Back Arrows to return to previous screen. In most cases this would be to return to the main menu.
Circle Arrow Tap the white Circle Arrow to refresh your screen.
Calendar
Tap on the Calendar icon to open the From / To date selector.
Tap on the date you would like to change. Place your finger in the column and hold. (month, day, or year) Move either up or down to select the correct date.
Legend Icon
Each module has different pop-up alerts that relate to an action within the system.
Tap on the Legend icon to view a list of the symbols used within the module. Below is an example of the Schedule legend.
Preference Icon
Hours to Decimals The Mobile App defaults the hours to display as hours and minutes regardless of the software configuration. Employees may set the view to decimals by using the Preference option in the Time Card menu.
To change to decimals: ▪Tap on the Time Card icon on the main menu. ▪Along the top, tap on the Preference icon. ▪To display hours in decimals, tap on the Hours decimal slider and drag to the right to turn the option ON.
Plus Icon The green Plus icon is for starting a new request. This is found in modules such as Shift Exchange and Time Off Requests.

Apple APP STORE:
Navigate on your device to the App Store:
Search for StaffScheduleCare. Select the StaffScheduleCare ESS icon.
Tap on the cloud with a down arrow (this is for download).
The icon will change to a processing wheel.
When the download is complete you tap the OPEN button. This will open the App to the login screen.
Facility - Facility Code provided to you by your manager. User Name - Your User Name. Password - Your Password.
The app will provide a StaffScheduleCare Employee Self Service icon.
GOOGLE PLAY STORE:
Navigate on your device to the Google Play Store. Search for StaffScheduleCare.
Select the StaffScheduleCare icon.
Select INSTALL.
Once the App has finished installing, select OPEN to go to the SSC App for first time log in.
Populate required information.
Facility - Facility Code is provided to you by manager with your login information. User Name - Your User Name as provided. Password - Your Password as provided.
The app. will provide a StaffScheduleCare Employee Self Service icon.
If this is your first time logging in, the system will ask you to all the Employee Self Service to access your location. Select ALLOW if your facility has the Geo location punch option on, otherwise select DENY.
