AdAdditional Tables

Additional tables may be used to create user-defined options to apply and track in different modules of the system. Tables may be configured under the headings shown in bold below i.e. Employee Details, Employee General, Employee Other, Employee Payroll / Ceridian, Day Codes, Shift Rotations, and Schedules.

 

To access Additional Table:

 

Select Config.

Select Setup.

Select Additional Tables.

Example of adding a Type Code additional table:

 

Under Type Code, select the plus symbol (+) to add a new code.

Continue adding the required codes. Four Types Codes have been added below.

Click Save.

The new additional table is now visible in under the applicable section of Personnel.

Example of adding a Master Schedule Group additional table with six groups added:

The new groups now appear as a drop-down menu selection under the Master Schedule Group column.

Some of the the additional tables you create may be used as a drop-down menu which you may select when you configure the corresponding User Defined Field option. For example, the Schedule UD1 additional tables were created as follows:

To see your new additional table:

 

Select Config.

Select Setup.

Select User Defined Fields.

 

Under the Schedule option, you will be able to select the new drop-down options.
