What We Have Completed
1.Communication Hub / Shift Dispatcher has now been renamed Automated Call Outs. All menus and reference to Shift Dispatcher have been changed. See Automated Call Outs.
2.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs enhancement to improve spacing on the Dispatch tab once a dispatch is released. Formerly there was a gap between the top grid which contains the dispatch parameters, and the bottom grid which displays the dispatched shifts. See Automated Call Outs.
3.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs now allows you to apply a Tier filter and Time Delay to all dispatched levels at once instead of one level at a time. These two options have been moved to the lower portion of the Dispatch menu (tab) with the elimination of the original Schedule tab. See Delaying & Filtering Automated Call Outs.
4.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs / History / Responses tab now has additional column heading fields under Field Visibility. See Automated Call Outs / Responses.
5.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs / History / Contacted tab now allows you to sort by feedback status by clicking on the heading. See Automated Call Outs / Contacted.
6.Reports / Time & Attendance & HR Reports addition of employee payroll number on (3) reports. The HR / Employee Detail, Time & Attendance / Time Earnings and Time Export to Excel now include this number. This is a custom addition for one client with multiple locations. See Reports for general report information.
7.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs resolution of refresh issue with Tier filter and Time Delay. Previously, when Apply to All is was selected for original shifts, adding new schedules and updating the Tier filter or Time Delay would also reset the original shifts.This issue has been resolved. Updates now apply only to newly added shifts, and original shifts remain unchanged. See Delaying & Filtering Automated Call Outs.
8.Mobile Applications issue with format of characters inside the Login field. The characters in this field were not centered. This issue has been corrected. No link to the Mobile Application documentation is available in on-line help manual.
