What We Have Completed

1.Communication Hub / Announcements BETA VERSION to replace Mass Messaging Lite. This option allows general messages to be sent via text, phone call, bulletin and email. Text messages are bidirectional. See Announcements.

2.Security / Security Access Groups menu has new heading called Communication Hub to give unique access to the Automated Call Outs and the Announcement menus and separate them from the existing Mass Messaging menus.

3.Personnel / Personal Info / Notifications now have a 3rd tab for DND (do not disturb). This setting used to be accessed via the Mass Messaging tab. Additional notification options for communication other than Mass Messaging have been added. Short code 15432 to resume messaging has been removed and an option to type Help has been added. See Notifications.

4.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs menu has been adjusted to remove the Schedules tab which appeared beside the Dispatch tab upon dispatching. The dispatched shifts which appeared on this tab are now visible on the bottom of the Dispatch tab. See Automated Call Outs.

5.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs menu now includes access the the Scheduler icon / menu. The functionality is the same as the Mass Messaging Scheduler which allows managers to accept shift offers on behalf of employees who are working at the time the Automated Call Out is sent.. See Automated Call Out Scheduler.

6.Mass Messaging Notifications now includes a third option for Push Notification Only added to AppConfig. If enabled no SMS or phone calls will be send via Mass Messaging or Automated Call Outs. Use of this feature requires subscription to the Mobile Application and Mass Messaging. This is an internal setting. No links are available for this feature.
