What We Have Completed

 

1.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs (formerly Shift Dispatcher)  / Mass Massing has been enhanced to ensure employees without cell phone numbers under the Personnel / Personal Info / Cell Phone field, still receive messaging in the mobile application (e.g. by tablet) when the feature Push Notification Only is enabled. Previously, when enabled, employees with no phone number, who were eligible for a shift would be skipped . To enable this feature, in the AppConfig, enter UseMassMessaging=2 . If UseMassMessaging=1 is configured, the phone number is still required for employees to be eligible for shifts. See Automated Call Outs.

2.Reports / Admin / Lost Time Analysis Report now has the option to include a lost time calculation on total time (includes lost time). Previously the total time did not include the lost time component. See Lost Time Analysis Report.

3.Schedule Tools / Update from Master enhancement made to the message generated when an expired line is encountered during the Update from Master process. Previously, the system incorrectly displayed All Schedules are Booked when updating an expired line. With this enhancement, the system now generates a more accurate message corresponding with the expiration details. See Master Schedules for line information and see Schedule Tools for Update from Master information.

4.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs (formerly Shift Dispatcher)  / Mass Massing has been enhanced to enable the schedule comment / note field, similar to the Active Schedule view. See Automated Call Out Options & Settings.

5.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs now includes a shift reference number visible on the Contacted tab (lower section of the History tab). See Automated Call Outs / FIlling Shifts.

6.Personnel / Personal Info / Notifications now displays individual employee push notification settings with the most recent update date. See Personal Info / Notifications.

7.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs menu now includes manually booked shifts, but only if they were previously sent out for dispatch and later booked through another method. This allows you to view the dispatch history even when the shift was ultimately filled elsewhere.

8.Communication Hub / Automated Call Outs menu will now list employees on the Contacted tab if they were eligible for a shift but did not have Push Notifications enabled, when their facility uses Push Notification Only mode to notify staff of available shifts.
