We're excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here's what's new in this update:
▪Reports - PBJ Admin Export Layout - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options for more flexible reporting.
▪Reports - 2 Weeks Complement - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Reports - Time Analysis Table (Excel) - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Reports - PBJ Summary Process - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Reports - Employee Statistics - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Payroll - Delivered a new configurable Worklinks payroll export format with support for custom unit and rate settings.
Fixes & Improvements
▪Reports - Daily Staffing Report - Corrected report sort order so results now follow Date → Groupings → Print Sequence order.
▪Reports - Ministry Staffing - Resolved an error that could prevent this report from generating.
▪Reports - HR Seniority Report - Fixed the "Seniority" print sequence so results sort correctly by seniority hours.
▪Reports - Individual Schedule Report - Corrected the report so it displays readable values instead of raw internal codes.
▪Reports - Payroll Transfer - Fixed the PDF export so time now displays in your facility's configured format (CSV export was already correct).
▪Reports - Department Master Schedule - Corrected the report so it displays properly formatted values instead of raw internal codes.
▪Reports - Daily Department Schedule - Fixed an issue where the footer total could be dropped in certain cases.
▪Reports - Employee Details - Fixed duplicate-entry checking on required fields, and fixed a crash that could occur for certain user permission levels.
▪Automated Call Out (ACO) - Now correctly enforces the maximum-hours-in-24-hours rule against an employee's existing schedule.
▪Attendance Codes - The "Force Comment" setting is now enforced consistently across Active, Daily, and Master Schedule, and on Time Off Requests.
▪Config - Discipline Setup - Fixed an issue where newly created disciplines did not save correctly.
▪Config - Calculation Rules - Fixed an issue preventing the "Average of Hours Worked" setting from saving, which affected Holiday, Assign Hours, and Birthday calculations.
▪Scheduling - Resolved an error that could occur when adding master schedules.
▪HSCIS Process - Fixed an error that occurred when generating output as a ZIP file.
▪Personnel - Notifications - Restored a missing tab on the Notification screen.
▪Time Card - In some cases, duplicate punches can be added automatically on a double shift with a gap, resulting in an incorrect hours calculation. We're investigating a fix.
▪Requests - Time Off - An approved time off request may not immediately reflect on the schedule, timecard, or time bank. We're investigating a fix.
▪Reports - Payroll Summary Report - CSV exports may display hours in whole minutes instead of decimal hours. A fix is planned.
▪Reports - PBJ Summary Report - May fail silently on certain employee data errors instead of showing a warning. A fix is planned.
▪Reports - Department Schedule Report - May return "No Data Found" when Report Options Display is set to Description, and can occasionally show an error on dates with overlapping scheduling data. A fix is planned.
▪Time Clock - Employee Upload - A scheduled Employee Upload profile may not run as expected, with no log entry recorded. We're investigating a fix.
▪Config - Units & Tasks - Adding a new Unit beyond a certain number may not save, with no error message shown. A fix is planned.
▪Scheduling - Wizard - Booking an employee from the Postponed List can fail without an error, leaving the shift unassigned. A fix is planned.
▪Config - User Defined Fields - A newly created Schedule UDF may not persist after logging out. We're investigating a fix.
▪Personnel - Performance Evaluations - The Print option on the evaluation rating screen can return a "report not found" error. A fix is planned.
▪Reports - Department Schedule & Daily Staffing Reports - Start/End time formatting can wrap onto extra lines instead of displaying compactly. A fix is planned.
