StaffScheduleCare – SSC Web Version 40.00.07 Release Notes

This update focuses on accuracy and reliability. It resolves nearly every item from our previous Known Issue list, along with a broad set of reporting, scheduling, and payroll improvements. Here's what's new:
▪Reports - Pay Cycle Earnings - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options for more flexible reporting.
▪Reports - Bi-Weekly Pension - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Reports - Plants Report - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Reports - Employee Accident Report - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options.
▪Reports - Daily Staffing Report - Added Summary and Compressed layout display options.
▪Reports - Daily Staffing Report - Added the ability to sort by shift start and end time.
▪Payroll - Added a configurable rate precision setting (0 to 6 decimal places) for the Payworks payroll interface.
▪Scheduling - Autofill - Corrected an issue where Sunday shifts were skipped during Autofill and reported against the following Monday.
▪Requests - Time Off - Approved time off requests now correctly post to the Active Schedule, Timecard Attendance, and Time Bank.
▪Time Card - Fixed duplicate punches being added automatically on a double shift with a gap, which caused incorrect hours calculations.
▪Time Clock - Employee Upload - Scheduled Employee Upload profiles now run as expected and record Clock Log entries.
▪Scheduling - Wizard - Booking an employee from the Postponed List now completes successfully instead of failing without notice.
▪Shift Exchange - The Max Shift Exchange Requests Per Period rule now counts both exchanges initiated and exchanges received.
▪Automated Call Out (ACO) - Managers with a scheduled posted date are now correctly restricted from viewing shifts beyond their access cutoff.
▪Automated Call Out (ACO) - Fixed duplicate shift messages when multiple dispatches were sent with "Accept Until Shift Start" selected.
▪Config - User Defined Fields - Schedule UDFs now save correctly and persist after logging out.
▪Personnel - Performance Evaluations - The Print button on the evaluation rating screen no longer returns a "report not found" error.
▪Reports - Payroll Summary - The CSV export now writes the Hours column in decimal hours instead of whole minutes.
▪Reports - PBJ Summary - Now warns you when employee data errors are found instead of failing silently, matching the PBJ Export Process.
▪Reports - Department Schedule - No longer returns "No Data Found" when Report Options Display is set to Description.
▪Reports - Department Schedule - Resolved an error that could interrupt the report while it was generating.
▪Reports - Seniority Calculation - Resolved "No data found" and error messages affecting certain user accounts.
▪Reports - Security Users - Resolved an error that prevented this report from generating.
▪Reports - Time Card Individual - Fixed saved reports that intermittently returned blank hours and totals.
▪Reports - Audit Report - Fixed an error when the report was run on behalf of another user.
▪Reports - Master Schedule - Fixed an error when a unit code contains an "&" character.
▪Reports - Department Schedule & Daily Staffing - Restored the compact Start/End time format (for example, "7:00A - 3:00P") to prevent line wrapping and extra pages.
▪Config - Units & Tasks - Adding a new Unit beyond a certain number may not save, with no error message shown. A fix is planned.
