We're excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here's what's new in this update:
▪Reports - Labour Status Report - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options, giving you more flexibility in how this report is generated and presented.
▪Reports - Ministry Staffing NS - Added filter, sort, settings, and output format options for more flexible reporting.
▪Surge Learning Integration - Added bulk employee sync support for organizations migrating to Surge Learning's new platform, making the transition faster and easier.
Fixes & Improvements
▪Login - Two-Factor Authentication - Resolved an issue where employees were not receiving SMS verification codes when logging in with two-factor authentication on mobile or web.
▪Reports - Admin - Logon Audit - Restored audit logging so failed login attempts are properly recorded again.
▪Reports - Daily Staffing Report - Corrected an issue causing days to print out of calendar order, with some days appearing duplicated or missing, in monthly and LTCA reports.
▪Reports - Unfilled Shifts Report - Fixed an error that occurred when exporting this report to CSV.
▪Reports - Seniority Report - Resolved an error related to the Print Sequence Other option.
▪Time Card - Exceptions - Fixed an issue where changing the employee group filter by Department or Class did not correctly refresh the employee list.
▪MM Lite - Resolved an issue where no validation message appeared when Class was not selected, causing the user list to fail to populate.
▪Requests - Time Off Planner - Fixed view-only mode so filter and Time Bank Settings controls now behave correctly.
▪Platform Stability - Addressed a memory leak issue to improve overall application stability and reliability.
▪Payroll - Payroll Interface (ADP WFN Export) - We're aware of an issue where department percentage splits set up via a User Defined Field are not reflected correctly in the exported file for certain configurations. A fix is in progres
▪Time Clock - Employee Upload - Issue where a scheduled Employee Upload profile does not run as expected and no log entry is created. We're investigating.
▪Config - Units & Tasks - Issue where adding a new Unit beyond a certain number does not save, with no error message shown. A fix is planned.
▪Schedules - Wizard - Issue where booking an employee from the Postponed List can fail without an error, leaving the shift unassigned.
▪Config - User Defined Fields - Issue where a newly created Schedule UDF does not persist after logging out. We're investigating.
▪Personnel - Performance Evaluations - Issue where the Print option on the evaluation rating screen can return a "report not found" error.
