StaffScheduleCare – SSC Web Version 40.00.04 Release Notes

We’re eexcited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here’s what’s new in this update:
▪General- Export - Payroll Interface, PBJ, and HSCIS exports now let you set a dedicated password for protecting the exported zip file, instead of relying on your login password.
▪Schedules - Active Schedule - Fixed an issue on the Active Schedule page where selecting multiple employees in the Employee Panel and clicking Apply only displayed the highlighted employee. All selected employees now appear correctly.
▪Welcome - Bulletins - Resolved an issue where the Welcome Dashboard's expired bulletins history only showed recent entries, hiding older records. All expired bulletins now display as expected.
▪Personnel - HR Information - Performance Evaluation - Resolved an issue where performance evaluations showed section headers but no questions, blocking scoring. Evaluations now display fully and can be completed as expected.
▪Config - Setup - System Rules - Schedule Rules - Schedule - Fixed an issue where non-contributing Attendance Code days were incorrectly counted toward the Max Shifts in Timeframe validation, blocking valid bookings and Mass Messaging eligibility.
▪Personnel - Fixed an issue where an over-length employee name showed a raw technical error instead of a clear warning message.
▪Schedules - Daily - Fixed an issue where the Daily Schedule failed to load data when the "Use Census" setting was enabled.
▪Config - Setup - Attendance Codes - Fixed an issue where paid attendance codes configured with Apply Premium set to "All" did not calculate applicable premiums on the time card.
▪Schedules - Active - Employee Panel - Fixed an issue where the Active Schedule employee panel's Seniority sort skipped Hire date for employees with no seniority hours, sorting them alphabetically instead.
▪Personnel - Fixed an issue where deleting an employee from Personnel displayed a "Delete Employee Failure" error and did not remove the employee.
▪Reports - HR - Seniority Report - Fixed an issue where certain report presaved settings failed to generate and displayed an Internal Exception Error.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs - Fixed an issue where booking a shift from ACO Broadcast and Pool did not offer an override option for schedule rules warnings and could falsely display the shift as booked.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs - Fixed an issue where ACO call outs using Select Employee List didn't contact all selected employees.
▪Reports - General - Fixed an issue where the "Include Inactive Employee" checkbox was missing from the filter panel on all reports.
▪Login - General - Fixed an issue where some users saw an error message right after logging in, which could happen briefly after deploying an update.
▪Login - General - Fixed an issue where some users could intermittently be unable to log in due to a missing password record, and improved the error message shown when this happens.
▪Login - General -Fixed an issue where some users couldn't log back in after a deployment update until they cleared their browser cache or switched browsers.
▪Payroll Tools - Recalc Utils - Recalc Attendance Codes - Fixed an issue where previewing a Vacation attendance recalc could intermittently show a false error, even though processing it worked fine.
▪Reports - Time & Attendance - Time Analysis - Fixed issue where the Time Analysis Report returned "No Data Found" for certain attendance codes despite valid Time Card data existing.
▪Reports - HR - Seniority Report - Fixed an issue where the Seniority Report showed blank or outdated Standard Seniority values.
