Released Jun 8, 2026
We’re excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here’s what’s new in this update:
Fixes & Improvements
▪Webpunch (More-Punch Clock) - Mobile Web Punch now correctly registers punches for employees on sites with IP address restrictions.
▪Active Schedule - A fix has been applied to correct the attendance code list rendering blank when modifying codes on the Active Schedule.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs - A fix has been applied to correct the Broadcasting by Levels (Sliding) dispatch method skipping entire levels with eligible employees.
▪Payroll - Payroll Export - Corrected an issue with the Payroll Interface export, where the downloaded file used the saved report setting's name instead of the value entered in the File Name field.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs -Fixed an issue where the Responses panel failed to load for ACO Broadcast & Pool shifts, showing a server error instead of the pooling list.
▪General - Corrected an issue with system timing due to inactivity.
▪Personnel - Notifications - Fixed an issue where ESS mobile Push Notification settings were silently reset to disabled after Mass Messaging callouts, stopping notification delivery.
▪Reports - Schedule - Department Schedule Report - Resolved an issue where the Start-End Time field caused an error and column headings showed as raw variable names.
▪Personnel - Notes - Resolved an issue where new employee notes were saved with a duplicate ID, causing "SaveNotes failed" errors on subsequent saves.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs - Fixed an issue where cancelling an Automated Call Outs dispatch incorrectly showed employees as accepted via Supervisor Override. Cancelled dispatches now correctly show a red X.
▪Schedules - Mass Messaging Lite - Fixed an issue in Mass Messaging Lite where some delivered mass messages were missing from the Sent/History log. Delivered messages are now consistently recorded in history.
