What We Have Completed

 

1.Communication Hub / Shift Dispatcher BETA VERSION to simplify Mass Messaging and create a more user friendly menu with the ability to send multiple shifts to be filled in one batch. This option also provides the ability to pool employee responses for the manager to assign. Multiple items are included in this development. See Automated Call Outs (formerly Shift Dispatcher).

2. Reports / Schedule Reports / Mass Messaging Report now has an additional filter check box called MM Lite Only. The CSV version of this report has been developed. See Mass Messaging Report.

3.Reports / Ministry Staffing / NS Ministry Staffing report(s) have been created under this heading spanning multiple development items. The report follows the specifications provided from clients on the Canadian east coast. See the Ministry Staffing report.

4.Welcome / Bulletins have a separate tab for attachments instead of the attachments being part of the main Text tab. See Bulletins, Reminders, Messages & Greetings.
