This section allows you to create custom templates for different areas of the system, replacing the default template when needed. The example below shows the default message used for Automated Call Outs when the system is configured to send a block of shifts for the employee to accept, rather than requiring a response to each shift individually.
The system will use the default message unless you copy it into the Custom section on the right and modify it to create your own version. Below, the shift block offer has been edited, and the unit reference has been removed.
