StaffScheduleCare – SSC Web Version 30.26 Release Notes
Released October 28, 2025
We’re excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here’s what’s new in this update:
▪Config - Setup - System Rules - Schedule Rules - Sorting Levels Tiers field has been updated to support alphanumeric characters, not just numeric values. The field allows 40 characters. The Tiers selection may be found on the Automated Call Out menu, allowing users to select specific levels (e.g., Regular time instead of Overtime) for call outs.
▪Personnel - Global Change introduces a warning notification that appears when a new hire is added or an inactive employee is reactivated. This alert informs users about remaining licenses on their account, helping ensure clients are proactively aware of their license usage and can consult their Customer Success Manager before exceeding limits.
▪Reports - Admin Reports - Audit Report enhancement to now allow the original entered value to be displayed as a comment, in addition to the edited value. This provides greater visibility into changes made.
▪Web PIMPI (importing tool) has been updated to include "ID + Life Date" as a selectable option for key fields in the Service table, enabling their use as a unique table index.
▪Company Profile - General - Registration has been enhanced with two new fields: Active Agency Profiles and Licensed Agency Profiles. The Active Agency Profiles field updates dynamically based on changes to records. The Licensed Agency Profiles field accepts only numeric input, does not auto-update, and can only be edited by SSC Admin.
▪SSC Payroll addition of web import functionality for the Employee Benefits table to support mass import of employee benefits.
▪Web Interface development to simulate SMS employee responses, allowing SMS functionality to be tested without the need for multiple phones. The interface includes database storage to track all test communications.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs renaming of the Apply button to Send when dispatching a shift.
▪SSC Mobile - Push Notifications enhancement that ensures all push notifications are enabled by default on first mobile app login. If later disabled, they remain off in future logins.
▪Requests - Time Off Requests now allows deletion of approved TORs, restricted to SSC Support Administrators. This replaces manual database edits, preventing incomplete deletions and maintaining data integrity.
▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs now has the functions to Add/Edit/Delete/Split Shifts on this screen.
▪Task Scheduler has the ‘Update Posted Date’ Functionality. This allows user’s to schedule this process to run.
▪Time Card - Hours will now recalculate system generated punches when using the Recalculate Punches Function. This replaces the process involved in manually adjusting the system generated punches that populate between a double shift when schedule changes occur. Improvements also made to allow middle punches to appear for back-to-back shifts where the punch in and out are on different days.
▪Reports - Schedule Reports - Daily Staffing Report enhanced to now allow the report to be filtered by ‘Supervisor’.
▪SSC Payroll - Personnel - HR Information - Benefits and Deductions enhanced to having decimals be added to default portions setup.

▪Communication Hub - Automated Call Outs - Scheduler has Reminder reference’s removed. This field was disabled previously and no longer needed.
