What We Have Completed

 

1.Mass Messaging - Batch Dispatch  BETA version (one client only) allows user to send multiple shifts in one dispatch instead of sending the dispatch shift by shift (SSC-2233). See Dispatching Multiple Shifts using Mass Messaging. (Version 29.44).

2.Config / Setup / Holiday Groups / Holidays tab now has new wording of column heading called Override SR OT Rules to Follow SR OT Rules. This field allows the user to set different worked holiday overtime rates for specific statutory holidays, overriding the rate configured at the Shift Rotation level. For example, Christmas and New Year's Day may pay overtime at a rate of 2.0x while the remaining worked holidays are paid at 1.5x. See Holiday Group - Overtime Settings

3.Payroll Interface - ADP Globalview added $0.01 in Rate column for zero hours.

4.Reports / HR / Seniority Report added Alias section allowing user to rename column headings to a more user-friendly name in the report output. See Seniority Report.

5.Personnel / Group Assignment has new check box called Salaried.This check box is for visual reference only and does not impact system behavior or configuration. See Group Assignment. (Version 29.41)
