We’re excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here’s what’s new in this update:
▪Requests - Time Off Requests - Correction to the partial day time off request (hours) screen to ensure the comment box remains visible when the on-screen keyboard is open, allowing users to see and edit their input while typing.
▪Schedule - Shift Bidding - Correction to the shift bidding screen in the mobile app to ensure the submit bid button is visible and accessible above the bottom navigation bar, allowing employees to successfully submit their bids during an active shift bidding period.
▪Requests - Time Off Requests - Fix to the Time Off Request calendar which was allowing past date selection and submission regardless of the "Allow Request in Past Days" Company Profile setting.
▪Config - Schedules - Resolved an issue on the Mobile App where the Configuration / Schedules menu displayed toggles without headers when the user lacked the required security permissions. The menu is now hidden entirely for users without this access.
▪Requests - Availability - Resolved an issue in the SSC Mobile App where the bottom navigation menu disappeared when accessing Personnel Availability, requiring an app restart to continue navigation.
▪Bulletins - Resolved an issue in the SSC Mobile App where the attachment name in a Bulletin pop-up was not clickable; employees can now open attachments by tapping either the attachment name or the yellow icon.
▪General - Drop Down Menus - An issue causing the app to crash when interacting with dropdown menus has been resolved.
▪Requests - Time Off Requests - Absenteeism- The Attendance Code dropdown on the Absenteeism and Time Off Request screens in the Manager mobile app now populates correctly, allowing both workflows to be completed as expected.
