We’re excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your experience smoother and more reliable. Here’s what’s new in this update:
•Mass Messaging - Speed Improvement for a slowdown issue on the Mass Messaging feature in the mobile app, so now messages load quickly and efficiently, just like on desktop.
•Requests - Shift Exchange for iOS Users to correct issue where back button didn’t work on certain devices. thereby not allowing user to cancel a request by using the back button to exit the menu.
•Requests - Shift Give Away correction of an issue where the date field appeared unnecessarily when selecting an employee to give a shift to. Since no shift is received in return, the date option is not needed and is now hidden for Shift Give Away.
•Notifications - Push Notifications Enabled when logging into the mobile app for the first time. If you choose to disable them later, your preference will be saved.
•Requests - Time Off Request Hours Entry Fix for partial day updates allowing them to be smooth and hassle-free, with no more unexpected blocking or lost focus.
•Improved Mass Messaging Performance with a new, faster method to calculate message dispatches. This means less waiting and quicker access when sending out messages.
•General Change - Screen Adjustment for iOS Users to correct the Android app main menu so the menu bar is no longer hidden behind on-screen buttons on Android 15 and Android 16.
•General Change - Text Field correction for an Android issue where the on screen keyboard covered text fields when selected. The menu now automatically adjusts and scrolls to keep the active field visible.
•Mass Messaging Flexible Start Time & Auto Stop allowing you to now easily adjust the start time for Mass Messaging dispatches. The system will automatically stop sending messages after the set timeframe with no extra steps needed.
•Requests - Shift Exchange correction to Acceptor list left blank when Attendance Code, Show on Schedule is enabled.
•Notifications correction to reply deadline time zone issue.
•Notifications correction to the Automated Call Outs Broadcast and Pool dispatch, where an employee who is booked for a shift does not receive the Schedule has been Modified notification and instead receives a second Offered Schedules notification.
•Personnel - Seniority - Standard fix to issue where the Standard Seniority list does not load when an employee reenters the Personnel / Seniority / Standard menu after exiting it, even though it loads correctly the first time.
•Requests - Mobile - Availability enhancements to the New Daily Request functionality, setting the default for Apply to All Selected Dates to unchecked so users must actively select it if needed.
