General Release Notes Version 1.0.52
Released July 2025
What We Have Completed
1.Mass Messaging loading speed issue has been corrected. This option was loading noticeably slower on the mobile application than prior to the 30.25 general release.
2.Shift Exchange / Shift Giveaway issue affecting Shift Giveaways on iOS devices has been resolved. Previously, a date field incorrectly appeared during a Shift Giveaway, requiring input, and therefore altering the list of employees available to accept the shift without offering one in return. This issue did not affect Android devices.
3.SSC Mobile Version Number adjustment to version number 1.0.52. The version number has been updated to maintain consistency across app stores and follows the next sequential release after the current live version (1.0.50).
4.Push Notification Settings modified when first logging in. When a user or employee logs into the mobile app for the first time, all push notifications should be enabled by default. If the user or employee later disables push notifications, that preference must be preserved and remain unchanged on subsequent logins.
5.Hours Field correction to issue preventing users and employees from entering hours into required fields. The problem affected multiple areas, including time off requests, new requests, and partial day hours, where the system would lose focus on the hours field and block data entry. With this correction, hours can now be entered without incident.
6.Mass Messaging for iOS only has been updated to use server-based calculations. Previously, the app relied on an older method that calculated sorting levels before displaying the dispatch screen, which caused the app to appear unresponsive for several minutes during processing. With this change, Mass Messaging now uses the Automated Call Out method, where sorting levels are calculated after the user selects the end date and time and submits the request to the server. As a result, the dispatch screen loads much faster, making it easier for users to configure and send messages efficiently.
7.Mass Messaging has been corrected to allow users to modify the messaging start ttime of a dispatch and to ensure the system applies the default configuration that automatically stops messaging after the specified time frame.
